June 18, 2020 – The Merrill Institute implemented their first ever Virtual Reverse Career Fair.
Adhering to CDC Guidelines and restrictions, the Merrill Institute’s Spring Reverse Career Fair operated a bit differently as we were unable to host the Career Fair at our facility due to COVID-19. Dedicated to the success of our students, we implemented a creative solution, a virtual reverse career fair to help our students obtain employment upon graduation.
The virtual career fair exposed our student’s to 120 potential hiring companies, and allowed our students to successfully demonstrate the skills and knowledge they learned to future employers.
The Merrill Institute would like to thank our students and employers for adapting to a new way of conducting interviews and are ecstatic that this event was great experience for both hiring companies, students and the Merrill Institute.
