The Merrill Institute has taken pride in offering our students comprehensive, state-of-the-art, hands-on welding training since it was founded in 2011. As we venture into the New Year, we have a lot to be thankful for as we celebrate 10 years in operation.
For the last 10 years, we have had the pleasure of providing our students with the unique opportunity to see a live, working manufacturing plant in action as they learn from AWS-certified Inspectors and Educators. In just 12 weeks, they learn the skills and knowledge required to embark on a successful career in welding. Every student who completes the Merrill Institute’s welding program leaves with the confidence and tools they need to excel in today’s challenging workplaces.
As we reflect on the last 10 years of operation, we are truly grateful for the 394 students that have graduated from this program, the community of hiring companies that employ our graduates and our awesome team that come to work each and every day with the “failure is not an option” mindset.
