As the Merrill Institute’s winter semester began on January 10th, eight new students prepare to embark on a 12-week journey. Here they will learn the four common arc welding processes, all while getting to see a live manufacturing plant in action every day.
At the end of the 12 weeks, students will have gained beneficial, real-world experience and earned their nationally recognized AWS Sense Level I Welding Certification. Merrill Institute students will also participate in our reverse career fair, where we invite over 120 companies to interview our students, leading to excellent career opportunities.
