Merrill Institute Adds Plasma Cutting Capabilities to Meet and Exceed Training Needs

Students will expand their knowledge base by operating this new piece of equipment on a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, etc., up to one inch thick.

This added capability will give students experience with CAD software and the ability to master basic CNC plasma cutting operations that will further enhance their knowledge, making them prime candidates for future employment.
